System takeovers, retrofits & modernization
Security system upgrades that keep what still works.
We start with what you already own: its condition, compatibility, and who controls the accounts. Then we sort cameras, alarms, and access control into keep, repair, or replace, and plan the work in phases.

Client reviews
What clients say.
They installed a new system and all new cameras and integrated everything seamlessly. They went above and beyond in every conversation, taking extra time to answer all of my questions at every stage of the process.
All of my cameras would stop working in the evenings... Ended up diagnosing and changing a bad power supply that could no longer keep up with the added surge from night vision.
Javier was great and the two techs for installation were knowledgeable and very nice. I recommend this company.
Common questions
Clear answers before the project begins.
These answers cover common planning questions. Your final recommendation depends on an on-site assessment, your existing equipment, and how the property runs.
What should be inventoried before upgrading an existing system?
List the equipment, wiring, and accounts, and confirm who owns them and who has access. The scope should say what stays, what needs fixing, and what limits the result.
Can analog and IP cameras be used during a phased upgrade?
A supported hybrid or staged design may let suitable gear stay while other parts are upgraded. Check image quality, recording, and bandwidth together. Reuse only what fits the agreed scope.
Does ONVIF support mean every camera feature will work?
No. Basic video support doesn’t guarantee analytics, audio, or health reporting. Check the exact camera, recorder, and firmware, and confirm the features you need before relying on mixed gear.
How can an upgrade be phased around an occupied property?
Start with reliability problems and must-have features, then plan the stages and work windows. Check recording, views, and permissions after each stage. Any downtime should be made clear before work is scheduled.
