All Three Factor Security customers are covered by a limited warranty of 1 year on parts and labor, including technical support. Service calls are charged at standard Time & Materials rate afterwards. Extended warranty options are available upon request.

The Security Care program includes replacement parts and maintenance on your Three Factor security system for normal wear-and-tear or equipment malfunctions, and quality control inspection on any attempted burglary or fire emergency at customer request.
